Damac Properties is the closest Metro Station roughly 15 minutes away.  17-20 minutes drive to the entertainment hubs such as Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach Residence and Palm Jumeirah. 30 minutes from the Dubai International Airport and 15 minutes to the beach or Marina area.  If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
