Walking in, the first thing on your left will be the semi-open kitchen which has stove, microwave, fridge, cookware, dishes and silverware, washer, and anything that you might need in preparing your meals or do the laundry. There is also a dining area on the kitchen counter top that sits two people comfortably. Next to that is the living area that has huge and comfy beige couches where you can sit back and relax while watching your favourite shows in the wall-mounted HD TV. The king-sized bed is near the balcony complete with cozy mattress and fitted with fresh and crisp linens. Stepping out, the balcony will give you some fresh air. You can hang out there if you'd like as the outdoor furniture is also provided. The bathroom has all the necessities you need for your stay. Soft towels are provided with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap and shower gel for a complete package. This apartment has everything that you need. Sports City is a vibrant and green area of Dubai with multiple events happening throughout the year. There are different sports complex located here, namely the Dubai International Stadium (cricket stadium), Spanish Soccer Schools, ICC Academy, Rugby Park (rugby stadium), and The Els Club Golf Course (golf park). Choose from one of the many restaurants and cafes nearby as you enjoy your meals and admire the scenic golf course and Dubai city skyline. People will definitely enjoy being in this community because even if it's secluded and away from the buzz of the busy Dubai, things you need are still within walking or (a few minutes of) driving distance. The parking is available if you have your own ride. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a private ride. If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a bus, tram, or train, there is a nearby bus where Bus F34 goes to the Dubai Internet City that has both a bus stop and a train station. Getting on a train can bring you from one end of Dubai to another. It’s also connected to the tram system that can bring you around JBR, Marina, Media City, etc. and even around Palm Jumeirah as the tram system is also linked to the monorail that goes around Palm Jumeirah. Motor City Shopping Centre is about 10 minutes drive while City Centre Me'aisem is around 15 minutes. The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing! House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations and furniture. Please no parties. No smoking inside.
