BEDROOMS
- There are 3 spacious bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. 
- All bedrooms offer amenities such as an AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobes, and attached bathrooms.
- 1 room offers a king-sized bed and 2 other rooms offer a queen-sized bed. 
- Both bedrooms on the first floor offer an attached balcony overlooking the serene forest.
- One of the rooms on the first floor also offers a bathtub. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 attached bathrooms. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There is a spacious living room and a cosy common area - 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor respectively. 
- The living room on the ground floor offers sofa-style seating for 6 people and is equipped with Wi-Fi and AC.
- The common area on the first floor can seat up to 3 people and is equipped with an AC, TV and Wi-Fi.
- The air-conditioned dining area is a part of the living room on the ground floor and can seat up to 6 people. 
- The exteriors of the property boast a cosy backyard, furnished with real wood seating arrangements for 4 people. 
- Guests can enjoy a splash in the shared pool, which is 30x16 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.
- Guests have access to the pool from 9 AM to 7 PM. 

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals. 
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator and a water purifier.
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.

FOOD
- Guests can choose to order in or take away from nearby restaurants.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- Please note that towels, linen, pillow covers, and toiletries will be provided every alternate day.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all lights, fans and a few plug points for up to 5 hours. 
- Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
