Our airconditioned unit is fully furnished to give you a comfortable experience during your stay.

It has a double size bed with pull out. It also has a balcony that has the view of the city. It also has cable and wifi. A dedicated workspace for those with WFH set-up.

Living, Dining and Kitchen space

Sofa and 32" TV with cable and chromecast.

Small dining table, personal ref, induction cooker, rice cooker, electric kettle, microwave, kitchen wares and utensils and pans to let you cook if you opt to.

Bathroom with hot shower and spray bidet. Basic toiletries and towels to be provided.

Hair Dryer, portable mini washer and Iron can be made available upon request.

Our community is a safe and peaceful place with access to everything. 24/7 Convenience Store, Dining restaurants, ATMs, bank. Mall is also just few minutes walk and is connected through an exclusive bridgeway which is exclusive to residents and guests. (Guests need to always bring their visitors pass)

Paid parking is available. MRT, buses, Grab and taxis are also very accessible.

1. Use of pool has a fee of 150/day/guest. Guests need to inform us before the check-in.

2. Government-issued IDs and vaccination cards are required.

3. Guests in excess of 3 pax will be charged an additional 250 per head. We need to have the correct details for the processing of visitor's pass.

4. There are house rules that guests need to follow as respect to our neighbors such as refraining from smoking especially in the balcony or talking loudly in the balcony during wee hours.

5. Cleaning is available before and after check-out only. Trash bags will be provided and those that will stay for more than a day are encouraged to dispose their trash in the nearby garbage room.

6. We try as much as possible to personally assist during check-in and check-out. But for those who will have late check-ins (beyond 3PM), we will be requesting for a self check-in. Instructions shall be made available.

. Any damages to the unit will be charged to the guest. Please handle our things with care.
