Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. 4 BR, Luxurious Farm House with Huge Swimming Pool. Ideal for Family Get together, small parties, engagements, weddings, etc. Namaste! This farmhouse on 3 acres of land, has 4 oversize bedrooms and attached bathrooms, two large living and dining rooms, a family lounge, and a kitchen. Property is elegantly furnished to make your stay comfortable yet luxurious. With a wrap-around porch and several terraces to soak in the fresh pristine air and enjoy the stillness, you can be sure that you will not miss home! There is a resort-style 24-foot swimming pool, set in lush landscaped gardens to relax in. If you enjoy the activity, there is a newly built swimming pool with an outdoor bar and plenty of places around the pool to sit and relax. There is a walking path in the farmhouse, amenities for a bar, a place for a bonfire, and Smart TV with Netflix. And there is a music system to help you dance your energy away! We also have a provision for bonfires (A charge of INR 1500) on those nippy nights. We have a friendly and professional staff who can help you with any need, including suggestions for dining or take-out nearby. If you don't want to enjoy cooking yourself! Kumar Farms is our labor of love, and we would like to share it with you, whether you want some time away with family or friends, or a work retreat, or just some alone time! We also have a Gir Cow Farm in Vincity, you can order Pure & Fresh A2 Milk, Paneer, and also make a visit to see how Dairy products are made and play with Calfs. Optionally we also have Kadaknath Chicken on request and available. Please Note: Sleeping arrangement is only for 8 People in 4 Bedrooms. Additional ten guests can be accommodated by paying for extra mattress @1500 Per Person. There’s no extra charge for non sleeping guests. The entire farmhouse will be available to the guests. Please note that the pricing mentioned is for the entire place (not per room!) Farm house is in gated community with many farm other houses Private Car. Taxis are allowed We are located close to Jaypee Wish Town: If you love nature and enjoy a private space with a lot of parking; then this is the place to stay! If you want airport pickup we have a Fleet of new cars like Innova, Fortuner, Endeavour & Range Rover. Please let us know in advance and we will arrange it for you! Please ask for the price. Property is Solar Powered. 10 hours of usage of the Generator is free per night stay, should you require a generator for more hours, we do charge extra for the diesel. This can be discussed once we contact each other. Finally, we have a sister property- The Golf Retreat (also listed in agoda). Multiple food options are available. Add INR 3,500 and we will arrange a personal chef for you who will make food as per your wishes; you simply need to pay for provisions. Alternatively, you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen or order from one of the nearby restaurants! We have Catering, DJ & Decoration Vendors which we can arrange. Any contract will be direct with them and you can choose from options they have! Please note that local laws require registering parties with alcohol, it can be obtained on an individual basis and costs INR 4000 directly payable online to the Excise Department. Smoking is Permitted in Living areas and open areas. Please use ashtrays provided to throw ash. Smoking in Bedrooms will attract a cleaning Fee of INR 1000 Per room.
