A fully furnished, clean & spacious 3 bedrooms apartment for 7~12 persons. Strategically located, only 6-10 minutes to the city centre & 400 meters to the seaside with beautiful view of Likas Bay & Mt. Kinabalu. Housed together with 2-storey commercial shops consist of restaurants, cafes, gift shops, superstore, saloon & many more, added convenience to your stay. We provide free airport pickup from KK Int. Airport to the apartment for flight arrival between 7.00 am to 12.00 midnight. The unit is fully air-con, accommodate 7 adults with bedding & another on the 3 seaters sofa. Extra mattress set with pillow, blanket & towel can be arranged on request at RM25/set/day. The Master room is fitted with King size bed (6'X6') & en-suited bathroom with bathtub for that good soothing soak after a long day out. The 2nd room has a King size bed & the 3rd room has a super single bed (3.5'x6') & a double decker. All the room windows are curtained with blackout fabric for you to enjoy a long, good night sleep. The living room is equipped with sofa, flat TV & unlimited high speed WiFi. Our kitchen includes all the necessary cooking ware for you to cook a decent meal, just like home. Complete with built in cabinet, dining ware, cutleries, cooking utensils, gas stove, rice cooker, refrigerator, bread toaster, salt, sugar, pepper & jug kettle as well as coffee & tea making facilities. A washing machine is ever ready for you to wash your laundry complete with laundry detergent supply, hanger & drying rack to air dry your laundry. The toiletries (hair shampoo plus conditioner, bath gel & tissues) are provided in each washroom together with clean towels. On the 3rd flr is the children playground, child & adult swimming pool & gym so you will never have to miss your daily workout routine.
