This avenue is world famous and represents one of the main symbols of the capital by the brands that are present (Abercrombie, Sephora, Disney ...), especially the luxury brands (Louis Vuitton, Guerlain, Longchamp, Mont Blanc), great restaurants and famous pastries (Fouquet's Paris, La Duree ...) but also cultural places such as the Grand Palais, the obelisk of the Concorde or the Arc de Triomphe. It is also the place where all popular events and national holidays are celebrated. You would have a great market just in front of the apartment.
