The townhouse features 3 spacious bedrooms, two of which have private bathrooms with a bidet.

The well-illuminated master's bedroom features two massive 11'' hotel standard King size mattress that fits 4 adults and 2 kids, or even 6 adults if you don't mind the proximity. The stylish, wide cabinets, with their custom classic design, are perfect for both light and heavy packers, and long-term stays.
It also has a vanity area and a spacious balcony, perfect for early morning stretching/coffee, or late-night talks.

The ample-spaced second bedroom with brand new fixtures, features an 11" Queen size mattress, private indoor bathroom, and sizeable cabinets. It fits 4 to 5 adults.

A comfortable and wide living area features a split-type airconditioner, flat-screen TV, router, classic sala set, a modest coffee table, and a work area. You are provided access to NETFLIX and Cable TV (with HD channels) to enjoy a variety of movies and TV series. Mattresses can be laid in the living room for extra guests, perfect for movie marathons.

In addition, we've added popular card games like Uno and Coup for your enjoyment. This is one of the best ways to bond with your friends and family!

Next to the living room is the dining area with classic-styled furniture and fixtures that fits 6 people.

A spacious kitchen, fully equipped with a burner stove, electric stove, pots and pans, and dishes are readily available during your stay. Our cupboard and full-sized refrigerator (with freezer) can perfectly fit all your cravings. Further, a water dispensing machine is also available.

The house is in the subdivision is safe and secured. Inside the gate and in front of the townhouse, we have a small patio with outdoor tables and chairs. Plus, a parking area for your use.

Please refrain from bringing food or dirty items in the bed area. Excessive stains and tarnishes in bed linens and towels that cannot be removed will be chargeable. Strictly NO SMOKING INDOORS. Please dispose of your trash properly.

We allow pets, but please clean up after them and keep them off the furniture.

Long-term stays are allowed. We offer DISCOUNTS for stays w/ the following length:
