This lovely spacious flat in Edinburgh's Georgian quarter has a charmed position on the corner of Nelson Street so that it enjoys two splendid views - one across the Firth of Forth to the Fife hills, and the other the length of Northumberland Street.

Myself- I will be available more or less all the time. Ideally between the hours of 9:30am and 6:30pm for any requests and emergency at anytime.

*On a fine day, take the train from Waverley Station to the south Fife coast, to a pretty seaside village, such as Aberdour. After a walk on Silver Sands Beach, it’s nice to wind up at Sands café, a good place for a snack and a view across the Forth to Edinburgh
*Shopping enthusiasts will love a trip to Harvey Nichols in the St. Andrew Square retail centre
*Take a walk along the Water of Leith to the picturesque Dean Village, then on to the Scottish *National Gallery of Modern Art at 75 Belford Road
*Visit The Georgian House in Charlotte Square, an 18th-century townhouse, restored and furnished by the National Trust for Scotland. It is wonderful to see an example of how magnificently presented these great houses were when they were first built
*Post your insta shots from the adorable Circus Lane, a very pretty little mews street behind Royal Circus in the New Town
*Book a table at Tom Kitchin's bistro, the Scran and Scallie in Comely Bank Road, Stockbridge. The food here is reliably scrumptious and the atmosphere very jolly.
