If you are looking for a spanking new apartment building this is not it but it's almost home. It is a private property.

A quaint quiet place, lots of privacy and seclusion. If you like a bustling apartment. This is not for you. You will be staying in a small private home. Not part of the Hotel. Fresh air open balcony, cotton bedsheets, live plants, wireless speakers with functional kitchen, stove, fridge, microwave, washing machine and cooking utensils. Internet TV. Quiet, rear corner of building. Residential area. 24 Hour Security Guard and CCTV surveillance. A spacious corner unit 525 sq. ft. with separate living room, 3 seater sofa, balcony with garden furniture, dining area for 4, hallway, study area and view on two sides. Also this is a private apartment so there are no hotel like services (such as bell boy, room service, front desk services). You are basically on your own. Self Check in but I am around if you need anything though. Suitable for writers, govt officials, professionals and consultants on short to medium term stay looking for a base in KL. If you are looking for swanky modern one bedroom tiny apartment in a large bustling complex with a kettle, this is not it. And covered parking is free and secure.

Digital lock box self check in upon collection of deposit. No reception. There is a lobby, gym, sauna & Pool (check status). Car access is easy. Covered parking is free. Across the road (still within walking distance) is Subway, bank, convenience store, Tealive and starbucks. There is a Mexican restaurant in the building next-door. Rail link MRT Semantan is up the road. There is a 7 eleven at the station.

I have a full time job, living nearby in Bangsar so the flexi check in suits me. You will have your privacy to treat the place as a home away from home. Of course if there is any need for local tips, restaurants and places to visit, I will be more than glad to help out. Having lived abroad in UK and travelled a lot, I know travelers like to feel they are in a safe friendly place, which does not bust their budget! Safe trip! . Put in a request, you might just get a bargain!! The agoda rates fluctuate so book as soon when you get a good offer.

There is a Mexican restaurant next door. If you are willing to walk across the highway (pedestrian bridge) there is Starbucks and Subway. Bangsar Shopping centre and Bangsar Village and Damansara City mall are all nearby. Remember it is not smack in a shopping market precinct or in a bustling city center area. Recommended Hangouts within walking distance )500m not for lazy locals). Starbucks, Liberal Latte, Obrienn's Irish cafe & Tealive.

3 Km to Bangsar Shopping Center. 6 Km (8 min) to Merdeka Square KL City center. 6 Km to little India, Brickfields. 7 Km to Chinatown. It wont cost you an arm and a leg to get anywhere in KL. MRT Station is 500 meters up the road. Bus stop is in front of the building. There are regular buses to Bangsar and city center. Best to take a Grab to nearby Bangsar neighborhood for restaurants, cafes and groceries. There are a number of upmarket malls there. There is a map for some nearby shops within walking distance.

Guests on monthly stay will pay for electricity as billed each month (usually about RM50). One car park lot is available for free. There is a Cash Deposit of 250-500 upon check in and is fully refundable. If this is an issue you might want to look at another property. Do note that RM 150 is charged for lost car park access card. Pool is open (check / register at management office for availability on 2nd floor car park). Free Wifi. Cleaning fee per stay is charged when you book . (Please see pricing section). The agoda rates may change depending on season and demand. So book early for a saving. The apartment will sleep 2 adults (queen bed) but extra sleeping arrangements can be made if needed (sofa and floor mattress). Let me know if you need the extra blankets.
