Pots, pans, utensils, dishes, cups, wine glasses, microwave, stove, ice-cold mini-refrigerator, toaster, starter spices, coffee, kettle--you might have to look around to be sure you are not in your own kitchen at home.

Welcome to the design district of beautiful and historical Zagreb! We are centrally located super close to many churches, museums, boutique shops selling everything from antiques, to clothing, to designer shoes and more. You may not know but Zagreb has an immense coffee culture. There are more than 4,500 distinctly designed cafes in the city. That means you'll get lost in conversation and cappuccino almost on every corner. The Croatian culture is a throwback to times long gone where people actually enjoy sipping gourmet brand coffee and having conversations and communication. No IG or FB necessary.
Having a Walk Score of 95 is incredibly high. A tribute to how easy it is to explore our fine city on foot. You could walk to the National Catherdral in just 10 minutes. Just 15 minutes or less to the town square. There are many areas closed to car traffic where people are free to meander at will. You will find those areas full of clubs, quick and fine dining, cafes (of course), and shopping. Be sure to visit the many fresh flower and fruits and vegetable squares located in town. Don't pass by the street vendors selling their chestnuts roasting on an open fire--or their delicious grilled corn on the cob. Bring a comfortable pair of sneakers and put some mileage on their soles. Truly, a stroll you will not soon forget.
Getting around is easy in Zagreb. If you arrive without a car, that's not a problem. Besides the ability to rent new electric scooters directly from us (just $10 euro a day), the city has an abundant supply of Uber, Bolt, Cammeo and other ride hires. Or, you might choose to use the efficient public tram/bus routes. Pay just $4 Kuna (.70 cents USD) for a thirty-minute ride including multiple transfers. We should mention that there are three trams (#4, #11, #12) that run every few minutes only steps from our entrance. A tram ride from your front door to some of the city's largest and most luxurious shopping malls is less than 30 minutes away.
For guests arriving with cars, there is paid parking at a public parking garage at Kvaternik Square 250 meters (a few blocks) down the street for only 8 euro per day. Or, if you like--get a bus direct to the Zagreb airport for only $8 kunas ($1.25 USD) from Kvaternik Square as well.
