The strengths of this Apartment are:
1. Location, location and location: it is only 30 steps to Patong beach, similar to all 5 star hotel like the Four Point Hotel (we are next to it),
2. We are located on 6th floor, which you can see Patong beach from the balcony and it is only 1 floor walking up to the most beautiful Rooftop swimming pool and Gym with good equipment,
3. It is a large Studio with bath tub/shower room and we use large boiler to ensure that the water is very hot and enough to fill the bath tub quickly,
4. We do provide Big Air Purifier to clean the air in the apartment for your night sleep and day time working,
5. We do provide Office arm chair for you online working so you can make this apartment to be WORKTATION,
6. We have private internet available to connect to our 55 inches SMART TV and you can use it to connect to your lab top. We do have strong WIFI from the building in all area, including in the room. Plus the best Cable channels for international tourists such as BBC, CNN, SUPER SPORT, GOLF, HBO, CARTOON NETWORK, NHK, BVN NETHERLAND, ALJAZEERA, KBS KOREA, RUSSIAN, CCTV, TVS FRENCH, DW GERMANY, CHANNEL V ASIA, MV MUSIC AND OTHER CHANNELS,
7. We do provide Espresso Coffee Machine with Coffee beans/Coffee blender for you to enjoy all day coffee during your online working,

Weakness are:
1. We do not provide daily cleaning, however, you can buy this service at Reception at very reasonable fee,
2. We do not serve breakfast, but you can buy buffet breakfast from the restaurant at THB250 per person, which is very reasonable price for Patong area.

A modern, air-conditioned condo measuring 49 sq. m (530 sq. feet) and furnished with a King Size bed and an additional single bed (the 3rd person will pay an extra fee, please do put right number of guest). We can see Patong beach from the balcony only, not directly from the beds or from inside the room, however, it is considered a beachfront project. One floor up, you will find swimming pool with sea view of Patong beach.

It is located at 30 meters to Patong beach, similar to all 5 stars Four Point hotel, as we are located next to it. The location is very Prime Prime Prime, no other condominium in Patong can compare to this location.

This porch apartment is located on the 6th floor walking one floor up to the swimming pool/gym and within walking distance to many shops, bars and restaurants, such as 7-11, starbuck and others. It is a perfect location and to enjoy your stay with all entertainment such as Infinity Rooftop swimming pool, Rooftop Professional Gym and 5 star resort service quality. Why to spend a lot of money to stay at 5 star hotel, it is much better to stay our place with lower room rate.

**This apartment is a part of the resort but it is individually owned. Guest can use all the facilities of the resort such swimming pool, gym and car park.

The amenities include both a soaking tub bath and separate shower facilities, safe deposit box, plus a kitchenette equipped with microwave, refrigerator and full tableware set. Also, a large 55 inches Smart Curve television with channels in multiple languages and free wi-fi, an iron and ironing board, hair dryer and a vacuum cleaner. The large balcony is furnished with comfortable seats. Perfect for enjoying the spectacular vistas and stunning sunsets.

The resort facilities include an on-site restaurant that provides good value Thai and international cuisine all-day, free parking, free wi-fi, a modern fitness center and a reception staffed 24 hours that can assist you with a wide range of guest services. We do not provide daily cleaning service, if you need this service please contact reception to book with fee Thb600. Once a week cleaning service free will apply to weekly stay or longer term (please contact the Host for more details).

The rooftop infinity pool with sky bar and sea-view sun deck is spectacular. A perfect spot to do a bit of sunbathing, grab ab bite to eat or enjoy a specialty cocktail whilst taking in the spectacular sunsets and breathtaking vistas of the picture-perfect Andaman Sea.

Our studio is sleek and stylish, keeping in mind the needs of modern travelers with high-tech features and minimalist design. There is plenty of space to lie back on the daybed, use your own laptop and free WI-FI interest at the work desk. The King-size bed has a super comfortable mattress and high quality linens for a restful sleep. Mood lighting feature can create the perfect ambience for reading or relaxing with a movie on the large 43" HD screen TV with standard cable channels. The furnished balcony is a great spot to enjoy the pleasant breeze and tropical views from our property. This studio can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests.

The location of the property is highly functional as well as convenient. It is only two minutes walk from the spectacular Pa Tong Beach with white sand and warm water. It is easy to access and enjoy the nearby eateries, yet it provides a private enclave from the busy city center to enjoy your well deserved holidays without any disruption.

Located at the heart of Phuket, Patong has gorgeous bay backed by lush mountains with multiple choices of shopping, dining, nightlife and entertainment all at a walking distance. The Junceylon Shopping Mall and Bangla Road walking street is only a 10-minutes walk away, superb golf courses, luxury marinas and the historic Old Town are within 20 minutes drive and the airport is approximately 45 minutes from our property.

We have renovated/repainted/refresh with new air con and new linens. We have all appliances for your needed such as refrigerator, kettle, microwave, dishes washer sink, utensils and others.

We will arrange 1 King Size bed and 1 Single bed. The room price is for 2 people and if you want to stay 3 people, there will be a fee for 3rd person, please do book correct number of guests. We do provide cleaned room only, no breakfast, no daily cleaning.

Patong is about a 40-minute taxi ride away from Phuket International Airport. There are a multitude of travel options including local buses, taxis or mini buses to transfer you from the airport. There are also plenty of international car hire firms operating at the airport.

You can self-check-in easily with the 24-hour reception staff at the Resort.
The reception staff at the Resort will also assist you in motorbike or car rentals plus anything else you may require (transport, tickets, tours etc.)

The Resort has a full-time staff that you may contact for any requests and any issues of the room problem, especially at night time. The owner and his staff are also local, easy to contact and happy to help anytime of the day, except late night.

The apartment is in Pa tong beachfront, Phuket’s most popular beach and home to vibrant nightlife, great shopping, and high-class international and local cuisine. Bars, restaurants, markets and massage shops are all in the vicinity. The apartment can accommodate upto 3 people, please do put right number of guests, as there is extra charge on third person staying together on second bed. The apartment is kitchenette with sink, microwave, refrigerator and utensils. Heavy cooking is not available.

All destinations in Patong are within walking distance. There are also many transport options available. You may either rent a car or a motorbike (reception at the Resort can assist you) or hail one of many local taxis to explore further afield. Walking to Jung Celyon Shopping Center or Banzaan Fresh market at 1.2kms.

The apartment is no smoking and not suitable for pets. There is a smoking area on the 7th floor (rooftop) or at balcony with balcony door closed. Guests are asked not to organize parties inside their rooms or to create noisy disturbances at any time of the day.

Water and electricity are included in the price. Daily cleaning does not include in the price. You can buy this cleaning service, pls contact reception in advance to book for cleaning.

Breakfast is not included but available from the resort at 450baht for breakfast buffet (Thb250 during this period). There are however a number of other dining options in the vicinity.

Many guests choose to rent scooters during their stay. They offer a cheap and easy way to explore Patong and the surrounding beaches but have associated risks (especially for inexperienced riders).

There was a review of construction of the wall by opposite hotel, which had been completed before year end 2019, so no more worry about construction. No more construction around this area.

Cleaning service is provided upon request. You can contact reception directly to request for cleaning service for a fee of THB642, which is payable at the reception. This service includes basic cleaning, change of linens, towels, and receive 2 bottles of drinking water.

All the items and amenities provided in the studio must be returned and kept in the studio after use. For example, if you are taking beach towel to the beach or if you take the umbrella out for a walk. Please ensure that you bring them back and not to leave them at the pool or at the beach or anywhere outside the studio. You will have to be responsible for the lost items in case our staff is not able locate them in the studio.

For the comfort of your stay, the kitchenette in our studio is equipped with major appliances such as refrigerator, kettle, microwave, dish-washing sink, and basic utensils. Please note that we DO NOT provide a stove for you to cook your meals.

The toilet bowl system in Thailand is not designed to accommodate any disposal of tissue paper or any other materials. Kindly DO NOT throw any tissue or toilet paper in the toilet bowl as it will create blockage in the pipe system and you will have to be responsible to hire technician and pay for their service fees to fix it.

In order to keep the studio, the property, and your personal belongings safe kindly turn OFF lights and air-condition (aircon) every time you walk out of the studio in order to prevent any FIRE accidents. In case of any FIRE related accidents in the studio due to your neglect, you will have to be fully responsible for the damage of the studio, the property, your own personal belongings and other guests in the property.
