The living room has a cozy couch right across the flat-screen cable TV keeping you entertained while you relax. Two burgundy velvet armchairs are also provided for extra seating if ever you have friends coming over.

The dining area has enough room for you, your family, or friends. Whether you are a cook at heart or a foodie, the kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. You can also enjoy a cup of brewed coffee in the morning from the balcony.

There is a king-sized bed where fitted with fresh hotel quality linens, comfy mattresses and pillows to ensure a good night sleep. There is an en suite bathroom packed with fluffy towels , shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion for your use.

Unwind in the balcony while having a cup of coffee while enjoying the city/street view the apartment has to offer.

Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a tram, train, or water bus, they are simply nearby. The Dubai Marina tram station, meanwhile, is a 10-minute walk. This connects to the main metro station that can get you around in Dubai (Mall of Emirates, Dubai Mall, etc.). The Marina Walk Waterbus Station is also less than 10 minutes away on foot. Its routes include Marina Mall, Dubai Marina, and Marina Terrace.

Many things are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafes, and others).

The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
