Villa Catarino - a property by DreamPlaces - combines a holyday time at the beach door and very close to the wonderful nightime atmosphere of Albufeira. Capable of accommodating up to 12 people, this villa is located 1 minute walking from Praia dos Aveiros and Praia da Oura. Oura Strip is less than 5 minutes walking. Perfect for large families or responsible groups. Parties are not allowed here. There's a grocery within a 5 min walking, as are many restaurants, bars. We have private garage. Our Villa has 5 bedrooms. There are 2 suite bedrooms with a king-size bed. We have 3 rooms with 2 single beds each. There are two more full bathrooms in the villa. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for a good cooking. We have a patio at the front, near the pool and also at the back of the villa, where we also have a ping-pong table. There is a BBQ area, with a washbasin for support. We provide bath towels and pool towels. The Wi-fi Signal is perfect and we also have 150 TV channels available. The whole house has Aircon. It is possible to activate Pool Heating for an extra price of 200 euros. We do not provide soap or cooking condiments. We always ask for Damage Deposit - 150 euros per person - which are required at check-in and returned after the villa has been inspected, on the day of check-out. Our guests have access to all parts of the villa, except for the private rooms - which are indicated with signs. We have 24-hour guest support, and we are always available to help. The area where the villa is located is mainly holiday oriented. The area in question is reachable by bus. Everything needed is very close. Beach, groceries, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs . It is not necessary to have a car to get around here.
