Our charming yet modern 300sqm+ 4 Bedroom Family-owned Beach House is located in Batangas in a Private Residential cove and is steps away from the Beach. Matuod is known for its shallow and calm waters; picturesque sunsets and is a perfect setting for families looking to have fun at a safe environment for children and pets. We also provide fast Wifi up to 200mbps

Speedboats/jetski/dinghy rentals are available upon request

Our beachhouse is strictly self-service;
Housekeepers will ensure a smooth check-in, routine inspections, replenish soap and shampoo, and provide towels only.

For guests staying more than two days, Please message us on agoda chat for a change of sheets, towels.

• Food
The guest will shoulder all food, snacks, condiments, and drinking water deliveries for the duration of their stay. Drinking water is around Php 50 from a water company nearby.

If you would like to have fresh fish, fruit and vegetables, please message us, and we will give you a point person to contact.

• Staff Accommodations
We provide a driver and maids quarters behind the villa.

Guests must maintain the cleanliness of our place and abide by our family house rules. Please kindly clean up after your pets and keep our Beach clean! :)

Parking is right beside our beach house.

There’s a small uphill you will have to go through to get to the beach house so a medium sized car, van or suv is ideal.

Private beach residential cove, very quiet the perfect escape away from the city.

Please respect our neighbors; we are in a private residential area and a family compound: no loud music, parties, and karaoke.

Living near the sea is different. Our items wear out twice as fast as a house in the city. Please keep in mind that due to the natural wear and tear and the nature of homes in a coastal area, there may be rare power outages in the area that is beyond our
control. The use of our generator; will be shouldered by the guest.

During this time of Covid-19, please respect our decision. We are only accepting a maximum of 10 guests per stay, two people per room. Strictly vaccinated guests with a recent antigen/PCR test only.
