Experience island living at the "Little House". Situated in a quiet neighborhood in Poblacion, Santa Fe, Bantayan Island. It is a minimalist tiny house with 2 studio units. You will be staying in one of the 2 units.

Each studio unit has a queen-sized bed, an ensuite T&B. WiFi internet is available. Perfect for "work from home" set-up.

MJSquare, Kota Beach, town center, and restos are highly accessible and within 500 meters away.

Little House Bantayan is a Smart Home. It is equipped with automated switches in some areas, an Alexa-enabled smart speaker to complete your island vibe. You may use the backyard for a barbecue, bonding, and chill nights, and also borrow our ukelele and toys for that fun evening.

We do not have a concierge or stay-in caretaker but we have CCTV around the property for security monitoring.

We sometimes drop by when we are on the island.

We are in a residential neighborhood that's generally quiet. There may be some vehicles passing by, or kids playing but we do try our best to respect the island-wide 10 PM quiet time.

There are still lots of greens in the area, lots of open spaces to explore, and very accessible to key areas in the locality.

You may choose to rent bikes or motorcycles. We can help coordinate with neighbors who offer such services.

We can also help facilitate land tours and island hopping tours. It is our way of helping you while helping our community whose main source of income is either tourism or fishing.
