There are no shared spaces on the property. You get your own private studio with your own entrance.
PARKING is good enough for 2 cars inside, but there’s an open space outside, too.

I usually give my guests their space & privacy while they are staying on my property but should I be needed, you can easily give me a call

This property is close enough to surf spot San Juan (5 mins drive, 7kms) but secluded enough to have your own private holiday

My place is best suited for guests with their own private vehicle
