You will have your own Studio unit, Air-conditioning & TV, which has it's own toilet, hot & cold shower as well as WiFi.

Owner lives on the premises separate from the guest's studio. It also has a little kitchenette equipped with stove, pots & pans, fridge, cups, glasses & a kettle.

San Juan surfing is an 5 min, 7kms drive away. Book with me if you want to enjoy San Juan but avoid the crowd.

Note that my pets live on the property yet are friendly & welcoming

This studio apartment is big enough for 2 guests to enjoy their vacation away from the city.

There are no shared spaces on the property. You get your own private studio with your own entrance.
Parking is good enough for 2 cars inside..but there’s a big open space outside if you wanted too.

I usually give my guests their space & privacy while they are staying on my property but should I be needed, you can easily give me a call

The property is close enough to surf spot San Juan (5 min drive, 7kms) but secluded enough to have your own private holiday

My place is best suited for guests with their own private vehicle

Please wash your feet after the beach in the outdoor shower, not in the indoor shower (located at the far end corner on your left), behind the terrace of Unit 1.

Please don’t cook any dried fish in the room, (it’s prohibited)as it wont leave a pleasant smell for the next guest

Leave footwear outside the unit.

Puregold is 2km away North in Bacnotan town proper. Jollibee can also be found in Bacnotan town.
