Hi friends! We are opening our beachfront home and sharing with you a little piece of paradise. This is a sunset beachfront home offering a majestic view of the ocean and Isla Verde. It is the perfect place to relax, refresh, and enjoy nature’s beauty at its finest.

You have your own beach front room, nipa huts, teepees & the entire beachfront home all exclusive to your party.

Anna’s Ocean View Place is our family’s dream-come-reality! Our dad, Bruce, envisioned what the place will look like (structural-wise!) while our mom, Anna, added her touch of magic curating how the place will reflect her children’s different personalities. The children pitched in to help bring the place to life. We also had help from our dear friends, helping us paint, move, build things, and a whole lot more. This is a sunset beachfront home offering a majestic view of the ocean and Isla Verde, and is the perfect place to relax, refresh, and enjoy nature’s beauty at its finest. This home can accommodate up to 21 people, with 6 TeePee Huts, 2 nipa huts, and 1 beach front room. It also has a kitchen, a picnic and grilling area surrounded by fresh air and greenery where you can cook and eat together. This home also includes a tree house with a panoramic view of the ocean, sunken sala, activity area, a dining hall, and a big lanai. The front porch opens up to your own beach front! It’s the perfect place for family get-togethers, team buildings, & intimate weddings, birthdays, reunions.

For sure, you will never run out of fun things to do with all the activities we have prepared!

The space is actually good for up to 21 pax but the rate is for 15 pax. Additional charges if over 15 pax but dont worry! additional rooms will be opened. by default you get:
1 beachfront room good for 4
2 big kubo good for 4 each
2 teepees good for 2 each

For those bookings affected by the lockdown, rebooking is not possible for blocked off dates including but not limited to holidays. Thank you for understanding!
