Our 2 BHK apartment has been well done up considering the needs of the holiday makers be it friends or families. Our 2 BHK apartment has 2 Airconditioned Bedrooms, Balcony, a well equipped kitchen for all your basic requirements. Around us are a hundred of restaurants and pubs, you can order food from close by if desired. Stock up beer in our fridge and have a great time. Calangute Baga beach are both walking distance, go for a early morning walk to the beach hardly 5 min by walk.

We are located at the number 1 area of Goa where everything is accessible, the Calangute & Baga beach are just 500 metres away from us, Candolim Anjuna Vagator Morjim beaches are not very far off. We have around us a lot of Multi cuisine restaurants, Pubs Bars, Night Clubs to chill and have a great time. The best of the Spas are in our complex itself to paper you. Supermarkets, Wine shops are not even a minute away.

We are just walking distance from the Calangute Baga beach and most of the popular night clubs like Titos, Owl and very close to McDonald's, Pizza Hut, there are over a 100 restaurants around us both Veg & Non Veg, everything is just walking distance. You can say we are in the heart of the party land :) Anjuna Vagator with clubs like Thalassa and Darlings are also minutes away

We are located on the Calangute Baga Beach road, you can find us just near McDonald's. Public transport & Bikes Taxis are available just around the corner. I can arrange for you Airport Pick up drop, Sight seeing of North South Goa, Taxis and bikes can also be arranged by me. Free street parking is available on first cum first and is not a issue

We are located on the 1st floor of the building and have a nice spacious apartment, at the moment power back up is not there though electricity rarely goes. Complimentary veg breakfast is provided which will be limited but sufficient, timing after 9.30 am upto 11 am in our restaurant in our next building, we do have a kitchen available in our apartment for all basic cooking. Ample open street parking is there but subject to availability and at your own risk. We understand that you will be taking utmost care of our place but if unfortunately any damages happen such a s crockery breakages, furniture appliance damage or tattoo, mehndi or other stains on the linen etc damages will be claimed from the guest by our caretaker who will decide on the cost, the guest has a choice of replacing the damaged item at his own cost. Wifi is provided free but is limited as its on a basic plan, it can be upgraded for which you can pay extra. Cleaning will be done once on alternative days. Bedsheets towels with be provided to only the guest who have paid if children below 5 years are accommodated free of cost no extra bedding or towel or linen will be provided. Bedsheets towels will be replaced with fresh ones after every 3 days of stay. We request all our guest to keep the place as neat and tidy as how they expect it to be on arrival.
