A Chill and traditional private property with independent use space, fully furnished, each rooms have bathroom attached (A total of 5 bathroom), towels, bath heater, aircond(air-cooler), filter water for drink, pantry, WIFI and parking space is in the private compound area. The space is located at quite and peaceful street in Bercham area.

Capacity up to 9 member with quality sleeping beds. Car parking can fully cover up to 7 slot.

✔It is corner house and Parking space is flexible for around 5 cars.

Several restaurant such as mamak, K-claypot chicken rice restaurant and economic rice restaurant are just around the corner. Foods price is reasonable and acceptable, Guests may no worry on.

Towels is provide and Free WIFI unlimited access for sure. Filter water and hot water would be provide at common place. Extra sheets(tilam set) would be charged if you need.

The Check In time is 2pm-11pm (Malaysia time) and
Check Out time would be 12pm.

Some recommendations:
1. I would like to encouraged my Guests to make payment before access the key and after checking all the facilities.
2. Cleaning is compulsory and included.
3. Please Check your items and belongings before Check out.

Unfortunately, if your belongings left in the room after check out. I might try my best to keep it up for you. And yet you may need to understand that it is not my necessary responsibility regardless for your belongings.
