The Condo is located at Damansara Perdana. It is about 1000 sf (93 square metre) and comes with 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One basement car park will be provided. My place is good for family travelers in a group of 6-8 person for your family & friend togetherness.

All Bedrooms and Living room have air-conditioners. My spacious living room can easily fit in your additional members and it has been equipped with TV, sofa & coffee table. My kitchen comes with kitchen hood & hob with gas barrel, cookware and utensils, dining area with plates, bowls and cutlers.

The Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom (with toiletries), complete with a Queen Size bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and mirror.

For 2nd room, I have prepared 2 Queen Size mattress (little adjustment need to be done) for parent come with children. Your children (age 12 or below) can have his/her own space with their own pillow set at Zero charge, however will count as pax for adult with charge. For extra guest, floor mattress with pillow and blanket will be provided.

For 3rd Room, a Queen Size Bed has been provided.

The unit is grill-guarded with padlock so a set of keys will be provided. You will be provided One (1) parking card to park your lovely car at basement, together with an access card that allow your access to the building lift lobby. Extra car by additional guest may park outside with charge by local authority (RM0.6/hr using parking coupon) or park at Basement Shopping center car park operated by parking management (Rate: RM1.60/hr and at Max rate of RM8.5/day)
