VillaDeVille is a self-catering apartment located on the owner's property, situated in Germiston. This unit can accommodate 2 to 4 persons and is ideally located nearby to various business and leisure facilities.

This fully furnished flat consists of 2 bedrooms furnished with a double bed in each, and 1 bathroom with a shower-over-bath. The kitchen is well-equipped to cook meals in and contains a fridge, microwave, oven and stove. The lounge has a comfortable sofa and a TV with full DStv viewing.

Free Wi-Fi Internet is available on the property, as well as secure parking for 2 vehicles. VillaDeVille is ideally situated 25 to 30 minutes from O.R Tambo International Airport.

The property is also located a 10 to 15-minute drive from Elsburg Tailing Complex, schools, colleges, shopping centres, and other facilities.

Laundry facilities are available upon request at an additional charge and not included in any prices quoted.

Should number of guests not be the same on booking inquiry vs check in we will be charging an extra R150. 00 per person

The Two Bedroom apartment is situated right next to the main house - Full Day Maid is always at the House - Owner at home after 17:00CAT every day.

Should we have a braai (BBQ) or dinner I enjoy hosting my guests to - Always more than welcome to join me and my family.

Situated in the Subburb of Elspark, close proximity to the Industrial Area (Wadeville), 20 - 25 Min Drive to OR Tambo.

UBER available to be booked/ Transport can be arranged at an additional cost.

Please note we have our own Furry Friends so unfortunately we do not allow other animal's on the premises.
