"Smile Home" has been just newly refurnitured. Enjoy all the new amenities at home, watching your favorite channel or your Netflix movies in the new 43" Led SmartTV, having a nap in the new bed just before going out for a nice dinner around the flat.
The house has a separate bedroom with a very comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers and a huge wardrobe with space for your clothes and even your suitcase during your stay.
A safe box is also there for you to use during your stay for your important documents, cash...
All amenities are new and ready for you to use.. microwave, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, iron machine and board, dishwasher, 43" LED Tv and DVD player, Alarm watch...

¨Smile home¨ ha sido totalmente amueblada y decorada. Disfruta de todas las comodidades en casa, ver tu canal favorito o tu película de Netflix en la nueva Smart TV LED de 43¨, toma una siesta en el sofá nuevo antes de salir a una buena cena alrededor del piso.
La casa tiene un dormitorio separado con una cama doble muy cómoda, una cajonera y un armario muy grande con espacio para tu ropa e incluso tus maletas durante tu estancia.
También hay una caja fuerte para su uso durante su visita para sus documentos importantes, dinero metálico..
Todos los muebles y electrodomésticos son totalmente nuevo y listos para usar... Microondas, cafetera, hervidor de agua, plancha con tabla de planchar, lavavajillas, TV LED de 43¨, reloj alarma...

Respeta a los vecinos y no haga mucho ruido. Mantengamos un lugar tranquilo todos juntos.

I will be available all the time during your stay in my the "Smile Home", however, if it happens that I am not in the city these days, my aunt will be available all the time in case you need any help or assistance during your stay and I will still be on the phone 24h. Do not hesitate to contact me anytime.
If you are going to stay long, you can also request cleaning services for a 12€ per hour rate during your visit.
The garbage container will be just outside the building from 19h.

Estaré disponible durante su estancia a cualquier momento, pero si se da el caso que por razones de trabajo no estoy en la ciudad esos dias, mi tia estará a su disposición para cualquier cosa que necesite. En cualquier caso, siempre estaré disponible al telefono 24h. No duden en contactarme a cualquier momento.
Si vas a estar una temporada larga, también puedes disfrutar del servicio de limpieza por 12€ la hora durante su visita.
El contenedor de basura estará justo afuera del edificio desde las 7 de la tarde.

Chueca is a very trendy and chic area, full of life... restaurants, boutiques, groceries, pubs, markets... Come with your suitcase and your stomach empty... you will return with both of them full after your stay in Madrid.
Chueca es un barrio muy moderno y chic, lleno de vida... restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados, pubs... venga con su maleta y su estómago vacio... se volverá con los dos totalmente llenos despues de su visita a Madrid.

There are only 3 stops from Airport to the train station next to the flat (RECOLETOS) and one stop if you want to go to Atocha (Main national train station). Less than one minute from "Smile Home" you have the metro station "Chueca" situated in the famous and trendy "Plaza de Chueca (Chueca square). You can actually walk to most of the famous places in Madrid. 4/5 minutes walk to Gran Via, Sol, Plaza España, Malasaña, La latina, Royal Palace... everything walking distance.. and in case of doubt or getting lost... you will always can whatssap me or ask to any of the friendly locals you will find in the streets.
Supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, bank... are all around the corner, within 3 minutes walk.
Mercado de San Antonio is a very nice place to go for your groceries and also for a drink or dinner...

Solo hay 3 paradas de tren cercanías desde el Aeropuerto al piso (Recoletos) y una parada si quiere ir a Atocha (Estación de Tren). En menos de un minuto de ¨Smile Home¨ tendrá el metro Chueca situado en la famosa y moderna Plaza de Chueca. Puedes ir caminando a la mayoria de los sitios mas famosos de Madrid. 4-5 minutos andando a Gran Via, Sol, Plaza España, La Latina, El Palacio Real... Todo caminando.. y en el caso de duda o perderse.. siempre podrá contactarme via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN).
Supermercado, farmacia, médico, banco... todo está a la vuelta de la esquina, menos de 3 minutos a pie.
El Mercado de San Antonio es un lugar estupendo para ir a comprar sus productos frescos y también para ir a tomar algo o cenar..
