Welcome to Calla Lily@Tiara Imperio. Calla Lily is a super cosy family studio that suits 4 adults, located between Kajang and Bangi, next to GMI and close to UKM. The Calla Lily has a lovely decoration that features a beautiful large infinity pool view, town view, & sunset view from the balcony. The pool is extraordinarily large with a separated children pool & playground. The studio is equipped with 2 queen beds, floor mattress , extra blankets & WIFI to ensure your wonderful staycation!

This studio is convenient for a family getaways and vacation. It is a spacious unit with large outdoor infinity pool, equipped with BBQ, Gym, public toilet and playground areas. The view from the balcony as well as from the infinity pool is breathtaking indeed. The surrounding is tranquil and peaceful. Don’t forget to take picture while the sunset is crafted behind.

Location: on the 13Ath floor, block A @ Tiara Imperio Residence Bangi, Kajang. Just next to German-Malaysian Institutes (GMI), near to Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and UKM komuter, Bandar Baru Bangi, Kajang Town, IOI shopping mall and Bangi Wonderland

Parking: 1 designated parking at P3 level with more free parking for visitors at level M

Check-in: It is a self-check-in with details provided upon confirmation

Kitchen: Well-equipped with basic cooking utensils and kitchenware for light cooking. Electric stove, pans, pots, kitchen cabinet, kitchen hood, kettle, cooking utensil, cutleries, 2-door fridge.

Sleeping areas: comfort is our priority. Therefore we provide 2 queen beds, an extra floor mattress (toto) and extra blankets kept in the green ottoman benchchair ONLY for paid extra guests.
(Not everyone allowed to use this)

Dining area: Comfortably can dine for 4 people.

Watching area: 32" TV and wifi provided. Can watch from a 2 seat chesterfield bench chair or from both beds as well as from the dining area.

Bathroom: Equipped with heater, 4 towels and hair & body wash are provided

1. Laundry: Washing machine is not provided but the 24-hour laundry shop is just nearby.

2. Waste handling: All the trash and household waste need to dispose properly in the refuse room that located near the lift at every level. Do not keep the trash in the house to avoid bad odour

3. Smoking: This is a non-smoking premise. Smoking is STRICTLY prohibited in this premise

4. Do not use the bedsheets/towels/blankets kept in cabinet because it is for the next guests. Please be kind.. the floor matress and extra blankets only for paid extra guests
