- Its located on the side of hill facing the sea. Nearby to Teluk Cempedak Beach.
- What you see in the photo is the actual unit that you will be staying.
- Guest are required to pay RM100 for security/damage deposit upon check in.

- This studio have 1 queen size bed & 1 single size bed
- Its suitable for small family.
- Please bring along your own futon for more comfort.
- Maximum 5 person including kids are allowed in this apartment.
- Additional person will be charged RM15 per person up to MAXIMUM 2 person.
- Only 1 car will be allowed to enter the condominium area.

- There is also a private beach area. Only accessible from this apartment area.
- Please take note that this apartment is at a very privacy & quite location.
- Its surrounded by the jungle on top of the hill.
- Only suitable to people who want privacy, calm and serenity.
