Welcome to The Other House, your home in South Kensington perfectly located close to Hyde Park and Knightsbridge and on the doorstep of some of London’s most iconic cultural landmarks. A Residents’ Club for people going places, The Other House combines home comforts and apartment-style living with hotel services and Private Club amenities. Choose from a range of uniquely designed Club Flats, all of which include a living space with kitchen/diner, bedroom, ensuite shower room and unique features tailored to individual, group and family stays (sizes are based on an average per room/flat category). When you stay at The Other House, you automatically become a member of the Private Club, which comprises two beautiful and very distinctive bars, The Keeping Room and Hogsmire. For a taste of the local vibe, visit the Owl & Monkey or pop in for a casual breakfast, lunch or cream tea at our all-day café, The Other Kitchen. And don't forget to take a moment to revive and restore in our Spa - our Swimming Pool offers dedicated children access hours for some fun family time, whilst adult only times are designed around your day activities. A sauna, steam room, gym, yoga and treatment room compliment the vitality pool. Sustainability is at the heart of The Other House. This begins by refurbishing historic buildings and designing in the most sustainable way possible to using electricity rather than gas, enabling paperless interactions and running low-waste kitchens that serve seasonal, sustainable food. In line with this commitment, The Other House does things a bit differently when it comes to servicing their Rooms and Club Flats, offering you the opportunity to be as self-sufficient or full-service as you like, so you can help reduce waste and minimise carbon footprint. Our Daily Refresh, included for stays of up to 14 nights or on request for longer stays, is entirely chemical free and includes emptying the bins, making the bed, folding towels, a light tidy and wiping down surfaces. A weekly full service, regardless of how long you stay, compliments your cleaning routine and can be requested more often if desired, with 24 hours notice. Unlike a traditional hotel, Residents are in complete control of their stay with the bespoke Other House App. Check in, open the front door to your Club Flat, adjust the climate, see what events are happening in the Private Club or check out the local area.
