Since the area are exclusive there are not too many property inside, you will have just good amount of neighbourhood.
The place are quite, not too many car going in and out compare to huge residential area.
There is only 1 Main Gate to Access In and Out from Diamond palace residential.
There are security check, every time you need to go in and out from the area. The security are 24 hours. So No need to worry about the security especially kids playing inside the area should be safe enough.

There are Small Cafe, Swimming Pool, Fitness Center, Mini market, Little playground inside the area. You can used those facilities inside for just a penny.

Guest access

Guest can used entire placed except the maid's room and storage room which located under the stair, cause owner used to put his own stuff there.
