This 100 sq. mt/1076sq. ft apartment is located on the 4th and top floor of a prestigious historic building. It has 2 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 4 people and has a bathroom with a bathtub.
The apartment boasts a large living room, with a 55' smart TV and this room overlooks Orsanmichele, the dome of the Duomo. From here you can also admire a stunning view over the Florentine rooftops.
To the right of the entrance is the first bedroom (double bed, not splittable, measures 180x200cm) that also boasts a view of the Duomo, and the bathroom of the house with bathtub. To the left of the entrance is the second bedroom (two single beds, not joinable, measures 90x200cm) whose window overlooks a small courtyard.
In front of the entrance you will find the kitchenette with two induction burners, a small refrigerator, a small traditional oven and a dishwasher for 6 place settings. Here is also the dining table for 6 people.

On the right of the Palazzo Vecchio are the Uffizi, while to its left you will find the Gucci Museum.
On the left of the entrance of the apartment’s building, you will find yourself on via Calzaiuoli which is the street that leads to the Duomo.
All the other Florentine monuments are easily reachable on foot.
The surrounding area provides a multitude of shops for all needs and restaurants ready to satisfy every taste.
It is also said that the adjacent “Canto Diamante” was a place where Dante himself used to meet people.
