We are located next to the Marand Resort and Spa, close to Gerry's Grill, Cafe Ilocano, Denisia's, Natalna Grille, Dencio's, Max's, public market, DFA, NBI, and other gov't. agencies - DOLE, DSWD, OWWA, LTO, etc. A five-minute drive to 5-star beach resorts - LaFaayette & Marand Beach Resort. We are a 25-minute drive to the surfing city of La Union - San Juan.

A bedroom townhouse with newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen. Accommodates 4 and max of 6 people. It is furnished with all that you need to stay and relax in your vacation home.

If you plan to work from our place, we have both rooms equipped with a working table with a very comfortable chair. The Wifi connection is provided by Globe and Smart.

The entrance is just right in front of the highway. Along the national road, be mindful of high-speeding vehicles when crossing, especially during rush hours.
