House Rules:

**Check out time: before 12pm**
You may extend your check out time by hourly charge of RM46/hour. And more than 3 hours will be the rate of a double whole night charge.

**Keep the house clean.**
If there is extra cleaning needed for unacceptable messy condition, eg. food and rubbish everywhere after an event, we will charge extra RM150. Photo will be taken and submit to Agoda.

**Do not break home furnitures/ structures**
If found out home furnitures/ structures has been destroyed or broken, guests will be charged accordingly to the maintenance fee, or the price of the items to be replaced with the prove of the receipt.

**TV console games: Deposit RM100 + Fee RM30**
(Deposit will be refund on the day check out, if the device has spoiled or stolen RM100 wouldn't be refunded.) **Please request to owner for TV console games, at least a day before check in.
