All the points of interest in the center of Athens is at most 30 minutes away on foot. You can always use the Metro station which is next to the apartment (either Larissis or Metaxourgeio station) and visit Sintagma, Acropolis, Plaka, Keramikos, Thiseio , Monastiraki within 10 minutes.

The two stations are positioned on the Red Metro line which connects directly to Omonoia, Sintagma and Acropolis. You can also make a change in Sintagma or Omonoia square for Monastiraki and Thisseio (Plaka) (Blue and Green line) or the Tram line which connects to the southern suburbs (Coastal Athens, Glifada).
