Brand new resort - small but discreet. Set in a peaceful, location with garden setting and beach front settings. Owned & managed by a British/Filipino family. We are family entrepreneurs who try to bring quality to all we do.

This listing is for Kubo #2. We have two kubos, newly built, relaxing and comfortable. You can relax on the veranda and listen to the surf.

The kubo's each have a private, ensuite bathroom, double bed with pillows and bed linen, mosquito net, lights, power sockets, curtains on the windows and a small table and draws..

The Kubo has a veranda that is large enough to sit about 6 people and has a movable table and a light.

Breakfast is served for all guests and dinners are available for a reasonable cost in our restaurant, which also has a coffee corner.

We also have a commissary selling water, beer, soft drinks and snacks. The beach bar is now open and has serves beers, cocktails and spirits, juices and so on.

Please note we are in a soft opening period right now, not everything in the resort is complete and that's why are rates are very low at the moment.

Guests in the Kubo accommodation are welcome to use the beach front area with its free to use BBQ area. We suggest you have evening drinks to watch the sun set or breakfast to watch the surfers and fishermen ride the waves. Don't forget to visit our beach front bar, serving cold beers, cool cocktails and warm laughter.

Guests can also use our private access to the beach and the beach huts with toilet and shower and BBQ / recreation area. A spa is will open soon.

We have a commissary selling drinks, cold beer, snacks etc. (like room service)

We are around most of the time, from 8am - 8pm.

Quiet, green near the sea and highway. Wake up to birds song and the sound of the surf.
Far enough away to be peaceful but close enough to all the tourist spots .

It's a five minute walk to the highway where it is very easy to find Jeepneys and buses to take you everywhere. E.G.

5 minutes to San Juan. 10 minutes to Urbiztondo. 15 minutes to San Juan City.
You can also walk along the beach to these places but its takes a bit longer!

To find us:

From Manila/Clarke/South - head north on the Highway and pass through San Fernando City, then San Juan, go past the pottery shops and then look for Sta. Veronica College. Ocean Breeze Resort is first left after the college. Look for our signage.
