**Keep the house clean.**
If there is extra cleaning needed for unacceptable messy condition, eg. food and rubbish everywhere after an event, we will charge extra RM150. Photo will be taken and submit to Agoda.

**Do not break home furnitures/ structures**
If found out home furnitures/ structures has been destroyed or broken, guests will be charged accordingly to the maintenance fee, or the price of the items to be replaced with the prove of the receipt.
