This minimal and spacious maisonette is located at the eastern suburbs of Athens just 15 minutes from Athens International Airport and Rafina Port. Just 3 minutes from the beach coupled with the quiet neighborhood , makes it ideal for families or big groups.

The spacious living room with 2 sofas, a 44 inches Smart TV(with free Netflix), an air-condition and a fireplace along with a direct view at Aegean Sea is a great place to relax when the heat rises during the day.
A fully equiped modern kitchen with a big enough refrigerator , an electric oven with ceramic plates , a brand new dishwasher and an esppresso machine, you can cook and eat everything you want as we have full sets of pans , kettles , plates , glasses etc.
Three big bedrooms that can accommodate up to six guests , with one bed having the possibility to be turned either one big double or two single beds, all fully equipped with separate air-conditions.
One small bathroom and one spacious in the loft of the house will cover all your needs with everyday allday hot water, shampoo, and other essentials like toilet paper , fresh towels, etc.
One of the best places to hang out at morning or at the evening is the big balconies of the house with a great view of the sea and Artemida.
The garden of the villa is available for our guests with the barbecue and the wood oven ready to be used at any time!

Our guest are welcomed to all the places of the villa,like the barbecue area and the garden and of course they can harvest any plant or vegetables we are cultivating! No restriction for these!

I am most of the time always at your disposal making sure not only to enjoy the house but to enjoy your holidays as a whole, I am living in the other two apartments with my family so you can ask me for everything in a moments notice.

The neighborhood is very quiet and 3 minutes from the beach, you can enjoy a walk or a bicycle ride at the seaside road 200 meters away from the house, and access the bars and restaurants while you enjoy your evening walk.

The house is located just 20 minutes from Athens International Airport an 25 minutes from Rafina Port via car, Athens centre via public transport is about 1 and a half hour and you can take the public bus at the bus station which is about 4 minutes on foot from the house.
The house is located in Artemida a coastal eastern suburb of Athens , Artemida is famous for the temple and museum of ancient Greek god Artemis which you can visit, there are a lot of options of meat/seafood restaurants along with beach bars and nightclubs. Windsurf and kite surfing lessons along with other water sports are available in our city.

Although the option for pets is disabled , depending on the type of the pet you want to bring along we can make it possible as long as you contact me about the specific rules and prerequisites .
