This condo unit is a 2-bedroom unit located in 3rd floor of the building, one room with Queen bed, and the other room with single bed. Fully furnished with a 50-inch curve TV, 2-door no frost ref, microwave, induction cooker, electric kettle, coffee maker, and a kitchenette with basic cooking and dining utensils.

-Parking is not free. For overnight parking, Deca Hampton charges P300.
-Laundry is available at P200 (up to 8 kg.). Laundry pick up and drop off service included.

Our electricity policy permits a maximum billing amount of Php 6000 per month, while water is capped at P500. Any overages will be billed to the guest accordingly.
