We would like to Introduce The Gem, Located in Birmingham's most desirable, city chic area, The Jewellery Quarter. Our Apartment is located just off from St Paul's Square, where you can enjoy a picturesque stroll to an abundance of Bars, Restaurants and Cafes. With amazing views of St Paul's Cathedral and its beautiful grounds. Ideal for working professionals, business stays and couples, with WIFI and Netflix as standard. All of our Apartments are Spotlessly cleaned and disinfected by our professional cleaning teams, after every stay! Our One Bed Apartment is located in a quiet block, with secure fob/code entry system, also a gated, underground car parking space. Our beautifully designed Apartment boasts high ceilings and large contemporary windows, which bring an abundance of natural light flooding through. - 1 secure car park space - 1 bedroom - 1 Large open plan, living area with Sofa bed - Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher - Bathroom with bath/shower - Storage cupboards, 1 with washer/dryer. Guests have access to entire apartment plus one allocated parking space. 24/7 Guest support Our Apartment is barely a minute walk from St Pauls Square and its pretty Cathedral. It is also a short walk to Jewellery Quarter diverse streets, overflowing with its ultra modern bars and dining experiences, to the quaint cafes and local coffee shops, there literally is something for everyone here. Here's a list of decorum we'd like you to maintain during your stay at the property. We'll thank you in advance to kindly abide by all the house rules and ensure a pleasant experience all around. No Smoking - It's not allowed to smoke on the property or any of the public areas associated with it. Keep your lungs clean and healthy. No Noise - Have fun but keep the voices down to ensure you are not the cause of any noise between 10 PM - 9AM. Avoid -hedidit, shedidit syndrome and the complaints coming in. Indoor voices. That's the way to play it! No Party or Events - We all like a good party (throwdown!), but no haha; this is not the place for it, do don't do it! We'll all get in trouble, and fined! 2000 GBP is a heavy price to pay, so party proverbially in the spirit and keep the vibes naturally high! No Pets - We love our furry companions, but as per our set-up, it's not allowed, so kindly do not bring any pets on the premises. No Drugs or Consumption of Intoxicating Substances - Keep your body clean and happy 101 - Say NO to drugs! No Re-let/Sublet of Pluxa Property - What can we say, it's happened before and so that past is not a repeat of the future - it goes on the list! This experience is for you, and you alone. For your own safety - Kindly do not light any fires or candles on the property. The internal heating and warm blankets will suffice. Take care of the place like you would your own home - The property is for residential purposes only. Not for parties or gatherings. If, on arrival, it is felt the guest is intending to use the property for such an event, then there will be consequences. Yikes! Wet Items - Please do not hang or place any wet/damp articles of washing upon any room heater. It's a potential fire hazard, and we'd rather you be safe and enjoy your stay at leisure. Kindly do not use the phone or fax line connected to the property. If you must, you have to check with us first. The guests must follow the instructions in the house manual of the property. Duh-huh! But yes, it goes on the list too! And finally, you, our wonderful guests are responsible for caring for the property and its contents. The property and all equipment, utensils, furniture, etc. is on lend for the duration of your stay and must be left clean and tidy during check out from the apartment.
