Brand new resort - small but discreet. Set in a peaceful, green location, beachfront, owned and managed by a British/Filipino family we are family entrepreneurs who try to bring quality to all we do.

This suite is in the Apartelle. It's a 30 second walk to the beach and about a 2 minute walk to the highway. It's a quiet location with many expat residents. You'll wake to bird song and the sound of the waves.

You can surf or kayak from our beach or relax and watch the outstanding sunsets (my photos are not photoshopped!). The famous surfing area of Urbiztondo is a 10 minute drive away with it's international bars, restaurants, surfing tuition and noise!

Guests can also use our private access to the beach and the beach huts with toilet and shower and BBQ / recreation area. The swimming pool will be constructed soon.

We have a commissary selling drinks, cold beer, snacks etc. The Restobar serves breakfast for all our guests and dinner is available at a reasonable cost. The bar has a coffee corner serving coffee and pastries and a bar offering a wide range of beers and spirits and a small range of cocktails. There's darts, a games table and large TV showing music videos etc.

Friendly, green, accessible.

The highway is a 5 minute walk away and there its easy to get buses going North (Vigan, Laoag) and South (Clark/Manila) and jeepneys to San Jan, San Fernando City and Bauang.

* Tea, coffee and snacks and beers, water and soft drinks are for sale from our commissary or in the Restobar, 8am - 8pm.
* Sofa beds are available in all suites. Please note though, the sofa beds are only suitable for children/smaller guests.

* Children:
0 - 3 years: Free if they share parents beddings.
4 - 12 years: P390 per night if they share parents beddings.
13 - 18 years: P.790 per night. Must book their own bed.
