This 150 SQM 2BR apartment is located very close to Bumrungrad Inter. Hospital, which is less than 5 minute walk. It is a bit into the street from Big Soi 3, so it will be quiet.

There is seven eleven right around the corner, and many restaurants, massage parlor, and also several cafe's inside the hospitals you can relax.

The closest train station is BTS Nana (800m), which is 10-15 minutes walk according to your walking speed.

The building currently does not offer 24Hr security.
We do lock the gate during night time, so it will be safe during the night time.
The code will be provided to you so you can open and go in/out during the gate closing time.

Just to be fair, the building itself is quite old.
It is planned to be renovated mid-next year, and I am opening the room for short period of time till the renovation starts, which makes this price so cost effective.
If you are looking for a hotel-like quality, it might not be the place you would like to stay.
The picture of the room and the building was taken in November 2018, so no lies about it, but there will be some stains on the wall or damaged furnitures that might not be visible in the photo.

Apart from that This room is a SPACIOUS 150sqm apartment with a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (two Queen). 1 Shower room and an extra toilet in the living room, and 2 balconies. It should be perfect if you want to stay near the hospital with low cost.

As some people may know, Thailand has a strict law for smoking. Please PROHIBIT FROM SMOKING inside the apartment. We may have to fine you but we would like to avoid such trouble. Please kindly respect our Thailand culture and we appreciate for your understanding!

You are more than welcome to use any of our kitchen equipment and amenities for free. However, please treat them with care and kindly place it back to the original place after use:) We would also appreciate if you can cooperate to gather your trashes. (We can provide more trash bags if it's not enough.)

We do have a pool and gym, gym it is currently under fixing

I myself is not available at the building, but if there is any request, I will communicate with the maid/security guard/manager or the night guard in the building and they will help you make your stay comfortable.

As said, Bamrungrad International Hospital is right behind the building. You have to walk around Soi 3 which makes it 5 min walk, but you can actually see most of the building from the window.

If you're looking for somewhere to enjoy the night, don't worry. Just walk 2 streets down to Soi11, and you'll find a lively street with various bars, restaurants, cafes, etc...
During the day time, we suggest you take the speed boat (just 3min. walk) that can take you to Siam where they have Big C, Centrl World, Platinum, and MBK.

High speed WiFi, LTD TV, Satellite TV system, drying stand, iron/iron board, hair dryer, washing machine, is available in the room.
