Our unit is located in One Oasis Cebu, considered to be in good proximity to Ayala, IT Park, Cebu Business Park and other landmark establishments such as SM Mall and J-Center mall with a quick bus or taxi. Public beaches and resorts are in Mactan, getting there with public buses and taxis.

This is a 2BR space that can comfortably accommodate up to 4-5 persons, with a dining/ kitchen area furnished with a dining table for 4, kitchen cabinets, an 8 cu. inverter/ no frost refrigerator, an induction stove, a rice cooker, a microwave, cooking wares, dishes and both cooking and dining utensils, an electric water kettle and a full viewing access of the mounted 43-inch UHD Smart TV on this dining /kitchen area wall.

The unit comes with a PLDT broadband connection free of charge to enable you to work from home while on vacation or simply just to stay connected.

Shower area is equipped with a shower heater and and two types of shower features (regular and rainfall). Toilet is equipped with a strong bidet-sprayer.

Bedroom 1 provides sleeping accommodation for up to 4 people on a full double bed plus a pull-out bed which is equally comfortable to sleep on, a two-door oak wardrobe and a window-type INVERTER air-conditioner that can practically keep the entire condo cool. Bedroom 2 has a sofa bed that can accommodate 1-2 persons, a working space with a wooden desk and a Nordic-style light/ ceiling fan. Clean sheets and soft fluffy blankets are provided.

Both bedrooms have a sliding door through which you can access to a private balcony towards a breath-taking view of the Cebu Country Club golf course from the 5th floor.
