Our spacious and cosy homestay at Sekinchan One Residence is the ideal place to leisure and relax while exploring the amazing area of Sekinchan. Sekinchan One Residence located in the centre of Sekinchan is a condominium with the panoramic view of the coastal town that is well-known for seafood and paddy fields, most of the attraction and restaurant are within 1KM distance.

- Comfortable homestay has a spacious and bright living room, is air-conditioned and fully furnished. The window side platform provides panoramic that can watch the sea view, pool view and paddy fields view.
- The cosy bedroom and quality bedding provide a sweet dream sleep environment. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, wardrobe and ensuite with bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed, wardrobe. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and ceiling fan, clean bed linens, comfy pillow, and blanket.
- The dining room and open concept kitchen area are equipped with simple cookware, basic kitchen utensils and a fridge. Light cooking is allowed, there is a round size Mable dining table.
- Two bathrooms equipped with shower, water heater, complimentary body wash.

* Due to the Covid-19 situation, the swimming pool and playground facility are not accessible.

- The condominium is safeguarded by perimeter fencing and 24 hours security guards. Guests can access the car park and homestay with an assigned access card.
- Each booking will come with ONE free parking lot.

- As we are a homestay, not a hotel, we appreciate your common courtesy and understanding to keep the homestay clean & safe, please do not engage in illegal activities or anti-social behaviour in the properties.
- Guests are responsible for all costs, damages and liabilities made to the property caused by the guest’s intention or negligence act. Guests are responsible for the safety of your valuables, please keep your personal belongings carefully.
- The property is located in a residential area please be respectful & be considerate to the neighborhood, no excessive noise after 10 PM. No parties or events are allowed to be hosted without the prior consent of the host. If you do plan for a birthday celebration, please inform us in advance.
- Strictly no foods and beverage allowed in the bedroom. No smoking; No shoes in the house; Pets are not allowed.
- Light cooking is allowed, please ensure the cleanliness after cooking and wash the utensils and dishes after use.
- Save the energy, save the planet. Switch off the lights, fans, air conditioner and other electrical appliances before leaving the house.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed.
