Our apartment in Geo 38 Residence is listed in its entirety to offer you access to living areas on both floors. With approximately 1550 sqft, you can expect floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, leading you to the balcony that stretches across the living room & bedroom. Not to mention, two lounging areas - one on each floor. A rare find in the area? We’re sure of it. A relaxing getaway? Without a doubt.

The first floor includes one bedroom with a king-sized bed and air-conditioning, a bathroom, a spacious lounge area with TV, a dining area, a kitchen with appliances, a balcony, and the main door access.

The second floor includes two bedrooms with a queen-sized & super single bed each (no air conditioning, but have ceiling fans and large windows, and balcony access), a balcony, a bathroom, and a lounge area with TV.

Our place has everything you need to have a lovely & comfortable stay:

- Towels are not provided, so remember to bring them along
- Please note that Bedrooms 2 & 3 (on the second floor) do not have air conditioning installed. However, with ceiling fans and the cooling Genting weather, we find ventilation and temperature to be no issue.
