Baan Heaven is a modern villa which seamlessly marries European architectural style, with Thai warmth and charm. Baan Heaven is secure in a gated and walled environment with covered parking.

A large private swimming pool, including a whirlpool jacuzzi, in a 2 level terraced garden setting is perfect for lounging and relaxation under mature palm trees and verdant foliage. The outdoor patio includes comfortable sun loungers and cushioned sofas which invite you to put your feet up and take your leisure.

The cathedral-high ceilings throughout the villa catch temperate sea breeze, galvanising the tropical atmosphere. There are several comfortable areas for relaxing, both indoors and outdoors. The cozy living room is well-appointed with a 42-inch LCD TV as well as Satellite TV.

The western-style indoor/outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with all of the modern conveniences you may require during your holiday: stove with oven, coffee-maker, microwave, toaster, refrigerator; complete with plates, glasses and cutlery. A well-trained local chef can also be provided to prepare simple or extravagant meals for your group, if you would prefer.

All of the villa’s well-equipped bedrooms include an ensuite bathroom and either views into the lush gardens or wrap around terraces with partial views over Patong Bay.

Baan Heaven is just 5 minutes ride to Tri Trang Beach or Freedom beach. 10 minute ride to Paradise Beach, where full moon parties take place. 15 minute on foot to Patong beach front or a quick ride 5 minute to Bangla Road, Jungceylon Shopping Mall and Patong Boxing Stadium are in a short ride distance.

The villa staff can call upon tuk tuks which are 10 passenger red open air minivans otherwise more substantial transport arrangements can be arranged such as minibus, suv, or taxi with driver.

Also its really easy to catch them outside Baan Heaven on the main road.

A security deposit of 10000 thb is required on arrival !

This will be collected as a cash payment and is to cover the cost of any damage or breakage's during the rental period of the Villa's or their contents, or any food, drinks or other items purchased on behalf of the guests during their stay. it will be returned at check out.
