The living room is packed with a comfortable sofa bed and a TV. A high-speed WiFi won’t let you miss anything with a desk for your use. Necessary appliances (cookware, stove, oven) for cooking are in the kitchen.

There is a cozy king bed in the bedroom complete with fresh luxurious linens along with a desk, TV, and full-body mirror.

There are fresh towels provided for guests including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel with a welcome pack upon arrival.

Guests have full access to pool, gym and parking is on request.

This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing nightlife. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafés.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, frequent below and around the building to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem is also another option.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train or tram, Marina Towers Tram Station is only a 3 minutes ride if you simply want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall. It is also connected to Damac Properties Metro Station (train) to conveniently take you to other premier location around the city like Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, etc.

House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
