This new modern 4 bedroom pool villa is only 10 minutes drive from Hua Hin town centre. The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the main house with 2 of the bedrooms having ensuite bathrooms and the master also have a bathtub and direct access to the terrace. A further bedroom and bathroom is in the separate guest house which also has its own living room and small kitchen making this villa perfect for a large family or two families holidaying together.

All bedrooms come with 2 beds of 3.5 feet each that can either be used as single beds or put together to make one large double bed.

The villa sits on a generous size plot with a beautiful tropical garden, good size pool, BBQ area and lots of covered terrace space for relaxing outside.

The development has 24h security, a restaurant close by and shuttle bus service to Hua Hin town centre 4 times a day.

Please note this is not a Party house and there is to be no noise outside from 10pm to 8am.

The rental price includes electricity for 400 baht pr. night. Usage over this amount will be charged at 6 baht pr. unit extra.
Electric meter will be read at check in and check out. In average, a group for this size villa uses about 400 baht per night depending mostly on Aircondition usage.

Maid service 6 times per week is included half day (4 hours) Monday - Saturday !
