This lovely villa has a huge pool and a tropical garden. Only 10 minutes away by walk from the double six beach. A little nest for family and friends whom are looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay.

Guests have access to the entire villa except the premises where the cleaning products are stored.
The car park and the villa are accessible 24 hours a day.
A bunch of keys is given to guests upon arrival.
In case of problem or loss of the keys, they can contact the manager at any time.

The villa is 1 minutes walk from Jalan Seminyak, shops and restaurants.
Indeed, near the villa you will find bars, restaurants (Western or Asian food), the Bintang mall, exchange offices, ATM, SPA, shop of clothes, souvenirs ...
The villa is a stone's throw from the jalan dhyana pura which is one of the busiest streets (restaurants, bars, shops, Spas...) in the evening in the neighborhood.
Close to the Villas (within 200 meters),you will find some small restaurants, called Warungs, whichoffer very tasty local dishes for less than $1 USD.
The nearest small supermarket is within walking distance (100 meters).
Close to the villa there is also the Bintang market, supermarket where you will find all the products of daily life, drinks, meat, fruits and vegetables, cakes, hygiene and beauty products ...
Seminyak Beach and its legendary sunset is 15 minutes walk or 2 minutes by motorbike.
You are in the heart of Seminyak life while being in a quiet lane away from traffic.
Located between the nightlife of Kuta (clubs and bars) and Petitenget (5 minutes by scooter), is the ideal place to relax.
Seminyak Square is a shopping mall with restaurants, shops and a market in the main Seminyak quarter at the junction of the JL. Laksamana Oberoi / Kayu Aya, Bali. (5 minutes by scooter.)
The villa is a stone's throw from the Jalan Dhyana Pura and Japan Double Six which are the place to be (restaurants, bars, shops, spas ...) in the evening in the neighborhood.
You can also get around by scooter, Go jek (Uber scooter Version) taxi, taxi Grab (UBER equivalent but cheaper) or private driver for long distance.

As a citizen of the world, we invite you to respect the Indonesian Laws and the Balinese culture.
To do this, we ask you not to make noisy parties in the villa and don't put the music too loud at nightfall.
We remind you that the use of illegal substances is prohibited in the Indonesian territory which can be sanctioned by heavy punishment (death penalty in Indonesia!).
If you need something or you encounter a problem in relation to your stay in our villa, please let us know so we can find a solution.
We are sure when cases of inconvenience we will find a solution without you need to comment on the social networks and other websites.
When moving, remember to lock the doors and place valuables in the safety box if you don't need them.
