The space The duplex villa is located on the first floor of a newly constructed building. There is a staircase and easy access. We also have sufficient parking space around the property, incase you decide to drive down. LIVING & DINING Modern House has a sufficient living and dining area for you to spend your time as a family/group. All your entertainment needs along with a high speed reliable FREE WiFi connection (40 Mbps). We understand the importance of a good internet connection. BEDROOMS There are three spacious bedrooms in this property. All of them have a king size bed (with duet and linen), wardrobe, and an air conditioner. Balconies for you to catch the sunset or take in some fresh air. BATHROOMS There are three bathrooms, all with showers and western style (Website hidden by (URL HIDDEN)) bathroom is equiped with Bath Tub. All the bathrooms have running water throughout the day along with geysers for hot water. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully functional and comes equipped with a fridge, stove, Induction Stove, Hot water kettle, cooking utensils, and cutlery and crockery. Essentially everything you need to prepare and serve yourselves a great meal. SAFETY The apartment has a caretaker available 24x7. The main lobby entrance is secured.
