This apartment is located on the 22nd floor and comes with a view of JB city. Comes with a queen sized bed and 2 single beds.

Guests can use the swimming pool, sauna and gym on the 7th floor.

In accordance to the Malaysian Government’s requirements regarding the RMCO, guests will have to scan the QR code displayed or leave their names and phone numbers in relation to the contact tracing laws.

Please note that a security deposit of RM 200 is required at check-in. This will be refunded to you within 24 hours upon check-out.

Please note that all cars need to display a Parking Pass on the dashboard. Failure to do this would result in clamping of vehicle and the release fee is RM 200 (as imposed by the Joint Management Board).

We have very limited Parking Pass so it based on 1st come 1st serve basis.

This Parking Pass will be given to you upon arrival and MUST be returned to us upon check-out. Failure to do this would result in us seeking to claim from the security deposit with agoda.
