New homestay concept offering a unique lodging space that is located in Tanjung Bungah, Penang. At our homestay here, we believe that our guests are special, the satisfaction of our guests and the meeting of their needs are always our priority concern.

It's just around 20 minutes drive from our homestay to Penang famous scenic spot -- Batu Ferringgi and around 15 minutes drive to Penang shopping complex -- Gurney Plaza.

Ladybug Family Homestay is fully furnished with kitchen- no hood and hob, A/C, washing machine etc. Gurney drive, Batu Ferringhi- Your favorite hotspots are within 5 minutes driving distance with little or no traffic jam!

Ladybug Family Homestay has 5 bedrooms with 14 Super Single Beds.
Living Room includes a very comfortable sofa bean, this Family homestay can easily accommodate up to 14 adults! Its suitable for friends and family gathering.

Please, feel free to explore the house and utilize our facilities: kitchen, dining area, living room, yard, everywhere in the house!

Pssst… For a small fee of RM200 as cleaning fee and BBQ equipment fee including 3 packets of Charcoal and fire starter, you can throw your very own BBQ party in the yard! We will provide you the BBQ equipment in this instance and clean-up the yard for you afterwards. So you will only have to sit back, relax and have LOTS OF FUN! :)
(Gentle Note: We do not prepare the BBQ ingredients/ food/ drinks etc.,only the equipment)

There is a night market near the house every Tuesday starting 630pm.

House Rules
-- Smoking are allowed but no smoking inside the property house.
-- Please note that we do not provide toiletries, please ready by yourself.
-- Please switch off the electricity when you are out, especially the hot water and air-conditioning.
-- Please take off your shoes before entering the house to ensure the cleanliness.
-- Please lower down your volume after 12am as we do not want to disturb our lovely neighbours from their sweet dreams. Strictly NO PARTY after 12am.
-- Illegal activities are prohibited.
-- Please refrain from using equipment or fixtures for purposes other than those intended.
-- Please Do Not remove or alter any equipment or fixtures of the apartment.
-- Guests are liable for any additional damages to the room or furniture.
-- Guests are encourage to purchase their own travel insurance, we will not liable for any injuries happen in the house.
-- In the event that house key is lost whilst in the custody of the house guest, a charge RM30 will be imposed for the replacement of the house key.
-- The Management will not be responsible for any loss and damage of any personal items or valuables, howsoever caused.

Extra bed are available, with charges of RM50 each. If you need any extra bed, please inform us. Payment will be collected upon arrival for the extra bed fees.

Please handle the key-card with care. In case of damaging or losing your key-card during the time of your stay we will charge RM50 compensation.
