It is located inside Ciudad de San Jose and bringing the own car is recommended.

From Manila, take SLEX, Sta. Rosa exit then turn left. Then Take right at Waltermart approaching Enchanted Kingdom (EK).
Entrance is at Ciudad De San Jose subdivision beside and before the main entrance of Enchanted Kingdom.
If you are bringing your private car, you will be asked to leave an ID and tell to guard that you are guests of San Jose Residencias condominum, Las Fallas Bldg.
There are designated parking area near the clubhouse or look for vacant slot near the building.
Avoid to park at the reserved parking.

Public transport to Santa Rosa:

Fastest: From NAIA airport arrival area, you can take UBe express P2p bus (190 pesos) route going to Robinson Santa rosa.

OR

From NAIA, take taxi to JAC liner.  It is near Gil Puyat LRT station (Pasay).
Bus going to Balibago thru Santa Rosa exit (fare is 68 pesos)

My unit is not like hotel so rules are not applicable to my unit.
Keys are handed over to guest upon check in and guest should return the key on check out date. Pls. Allow enough time to give your notice of arrival and departure by sending us a text message as we don't stay in the area.
